program. This program is free and is available exclusively
to consumers and home business owners in the State of
Maryland.

The Maryland Environment-Statewide Electronics Recycling
Program House Bill 488 was signed into law and went into
effect on October 7, 2007. The takeback program has been
implemented, Hannspree North America is providing a
toll-free number and website address that provides
information about the program, including a detailed
description of how a person may return a covered electronic
device. The program will accept the following device from
household consumers, covered under the Maryland law.
● Televisions
● Monitors
● Notebook computers

To request recycling service, please call 888-808-6789 for
Hannspree, 888-842-6674 for Hanns·G, and 888-807-8808 for
I-Inc, and provide the following information:

We will review your request
and if qualified, we will send you a pre-paid mailing label
to ship your Hannspree computer monitor to a designated
location. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process your
request.
A box for shipping for recycling will be sent to you upon
request.
